By definition a Traffic Exchange is the commercial trading of goods or services in return for something received. Yet the traffic exchanges that are plaguing the internet marketing community seem not to quite meet this definition. Or do they?

I choose to believe that, though we are all different to some degree, we share a large number of similarities. So I have to believe that many of  you waste a large amount of your time simply wading through your email box. Am I right?
